New version of Docutriever™ has been released, with many new features, further helping to increase productivity
for its users.

ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. — December 15, 2002 — Rubyarc today announced Docutriever™ 1.0,
the most significant release to the highly-praised groupware solutions since its introduction in 2001.
Docutriever™ 1.0 has been redesigned with powerful, productivity enhancing features and advanced professional
tools
including:
• File permission enhancement. This enhancement makes docutriever service suitable for both intranet and extranet usage.
• Personal home page. People can publish their own pages for other users to visit.
• Personal picture. People can upload their own pictures so other people match names with faces.
• Message status. A user can specify different status of a message to indicate the progress of a task which is referred to in the message.
• New look. The docutriever has a newly designed user interface which makes the use even more convenient.
• Bug fixes. Several bugs fixed to make the application much more stable and reliable.
• Improved Organizer. Organizer contact now have more fields of information.
