Rubyarc formally release the Docutriever™ version 1.5

New version of Docutriever™ has been released, with many new features, further helping to increase productivity
for its users.

ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. — July 15, 2003 — Rubyarc today announced Docutriever™ 1.5,
the most significant upgrade to the highly-praised groupware solutions since its introduction in 2001.
Docutriever™ 1.5 has been redesigned with powerful, productivity enhancing features and advanced professional
tools
including:
• File permission inheritance. This feature make file permission setup extremely easy.
• Customized Message status. A user can define customized status of a message to indicate the progress of a task which is referred to in the message.
• Restricted account. A special account designed specifically for a user who is a customer or a vendor.
• Organizer import and export. This feature make transfer records from and to other applications easier.
• New look. The docutriever has a newly designed user interface.
• Bug fixes. Several bugs fixed to make the application much more stable and reliable.
• BBS. The Bulletin Board Service was added. Group users can publish their bulletin message to their group members.
• Anouncement tool. Administrators can make public announcement to users. If there is a new announcement, users will be notified when they log onto the system.
• Improved Organizer. Organizer contact now have more fields of information.
